Perspective - What We Believe
Construction projects today involve dozens of separate business entities with strongly divergent interests. These organizations are temporarily bound together by a series of contractual agreements with the sole aim of delivering a physical facility. When disputes arise, fair and equitable resolution should be the end goal. All parties deserve an objective, honest and timely analysis of the situation.
Project Development International personnel have in-depth industry knowledge of the many factors that cause claims to be filed. We believe that a thorough review of the rights and responsibilities of the parties involved in the dispute is the starting point for any claim resolution. Special emphasis should also be given to the real value of any damages incurred and the real reason for the claim occurrence. Understanding these dispute sticking points is not always easy. The events or situations that triggered a claim may have occurred long before the problem became apparent.
