For clients who want to avoid disputes we also offer a unique service that is put in place at the beginning of a project called Standing Neutral.
Standing Neutral - is a relatively new method for project monitoring that optimizes the interests of all parties involved in the construction project. Project Development International serves as a standing neutral third party observer whose time and expertise is paid for by all involved parties. The standing neutral's primary role is to act immediately to conclude any disputes that the parties to the contract cannot resolve themselves.
In brief, standing neutral can help by facilitating communication, clarifying disputed issues, assisting in equitable dispute settlement and
ensuring appropriate negotiation and use of alternative dispute resolution methods.
